We made Intro to Pole just for you! We recommend taking four weeks of Intro – you’ll get comfortable around the pole and learn something new every week with other brand-new students. If you’d rather try hoop, our Aerial Hoop class is all levels.

Anyone over 18 who wants to learn pole! RCA is an inclusive, affirming space – we welcome members of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and abilities.

Check our registration platform StudioBookings for the most up-to-date information on pricing (and remember, we offer discounts on multi-class packs!).

Check out the Studio Policies page on our website for a full list.

We’re located at 490 York Road, building C. For a walkthrough video showing how to find our studio, check out the Instagram Location highlight.

For our on-pole classes, you should wear shorts and a t-shirt or tank top; kneepads are recommended but not required. For pole flow and choreography, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but don’t forget the kneepads! For hoop and flexibility, we recommend long pants and sleeves.

All students must be 18 years of age or older.

It’s totally normal to be nervous before your first class! Our welcoming instructors will take you through everything you need to know on the day of. To best prepare, you should avoid putting on any moisturizer or oil the day of your class to prevent slipping on the pole, bring a water bottle, and don’t forget to remove any jewellery (other than small earrings).

Every studio divides their class levels differently; please check out the Schedule page of our website for detailed descriptions of our classes. We may also arrange an assessment to place you at the appropriate level. You can either email us directly or speak to your instructor to set up a short evaluation.

The Schedule page on our website contains a link to our online registration platform, StudioBookings.
